This all played out within hours and very perfectly. The people are once again remoralized as a result. It all makes me more suspicious that America as a political entity is already dead and something is already positioned to take its place.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte.
