Об этом напомнил МВД России со ссылкой на принятый в августе этого года закон, направленный на совершенствование законодательства в сфере миграции.
Ранее упомянутые лица могли находиться на территории России не более 90 дней в течение 180 дней.
☝🏻Указанные ограничения не коснутся иностранцев, которым оформлен долгосрочный миграционный статус на территории России — в частности, прибывших с целью обучения, получивших патент или имеющих трудовые отношения с работодателем.
