Составлены протоколы по ч. 1 ст. 20.3, ч. 1 ст. 20.3.3 КоАП РФ, материалы направлены в суд.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
