Квартира №38, в которую звонила Любовь Соболь, находится в собственности у сына, жены и тещи Кудрявцева, но 28 октября 2020 года Кудрявцевкупил без ипотеки соседнюю 37-ю квартиру. Такая квартира стоит около 7,5 млн руб.
