Правительственная комиссия по законодательной деятельности одобрила законопроект, регулирующий международное научное сотрудничество российских организаций.
Согласно тексту законопроекта, правительство должно утвердить перечень направлений научной, научно-технической деятельности и экспериментальных разработок, в которых сотрудничество с иностранными лицами, как физическими, так и юридическими, будет возможно только после согласования с ФСБ.
«Предусмотренный законопроектом механизм контроля со стороны ФСБ позволит усилить контроль за передачей результатов научной деятельности за пределы РФ, не нарушая свободу научного творчества и не создавая препятствия для занятия организациями научной деятельностью»,— утверждается в пояснительной записке. @ctrs2018
