Россети за деньги потребителей якобы строит сетевые объекты исходя из максимальной мощности (хотя не должна) и потом предъявляет оплату резерва или по максимальной мощности (обосновывая это избытком сетевого строительства).
Вопросы: 1. зачем строить избыточную мощность? 2. строилась ли эта мощность в действительности? 3. инвентаризация "резерва", трансформаторной мощности проводилась?

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
