К слову, коллеги задавались накануне вопросом — на кой весь этот спектакль нужен Барсову? На той, что в сентябре выборы в думу ХМАО. А репутация борца за "честные выборы" мэра Сургута — не плохой бекграунд для кандидата в депутаты думы округа по протестному Сургуту.
