Сегодня мы приняли во втором и третьем чтениях закон, ужесточающий ответственность за продажу табака и вейпов подросткам.
За неоднократное нарушение введена уголовная ответственность. Наказанием станет штраф от 50-ти до 80-ти тысяч рублей или исправительные работы до года.
Напомню, ранее я обратился к Председателю Государственной Думы Вячеславу Володину, попросил коллег-депутатов поддержать мое предложение о введении уголовной ответственности для тех кто продает вейпы и электронные сигареты детям, по аналогии с ответственностью за продажу алкоголя несовершеннолетним.
Мы держим руку на пульсе, команда Всероссийского движения «Трезвая Россия» совместно с правоохранителями будет и дальше проводить антитабачные рейды – мониторинг соблюдения закона. Благо, сегодня принят и такой закон, о котором рассказывал ранее!
