В 2012 году между РВК и ее дочерней компанией в Великобритании RVC был заключен договор на покупку акций Soft Machines Inc. на сумму $5 млн. Компания успела вернуть российскому партнеру $2 млн. Остальные средства Soft Machines Inc. должна была возвратить в 2022 году. Следствие обвинило Александра Повалко в том, что он не обеспечил преждевременное возвращение всех $5 млн.
Сегодня Александр Повалко взят под стражу в зале суда.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
