The Egregore concept and ideas on the effects that the "Group Mind" have on occult ritual/practice has been talked about by authors in the past. But only a single chapter here and there. It seems to have been something of an "oral tradition" for which we have fragments.
That said, those fragments have been collected. Read Mark Stavish's book. It's literally the only primary resource we have.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
