По их словам, сотрудники ФСБ опросили двух топ-менеджеров агентства, в частности замруководителя АСВ Александра Попелюха.
АСВ было создано в январе 2004 г. Агентство выплачивает возмещение по вкладам физлиц, включая ИП, а также юрлиц отдельных категорий при наступлении страхового случая в отношении банка — участника системы страхования вкладов.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
