В преддверье Дня воинской славы России в библиотеке на Кулиева, собрались те, кто хотел погрузиться в атмосферу тех великих событий. Здесь состоялся показ художественного фильма Федора Бондарчука «Сталинград», а также встреча с Германом Шевчуком – российским снайпером, ветераном боевых действий, заместителем председателя комитета Парламента КБР по труду, социальной политике, здравоохранению и делам ветеранов.
