Как следует из его инсайда, как минимум председатель Контрольно-счётной палаты Воронежа Елена Литвинчук не сможет беспристрастно оценить законность или незаконность сделки, потому что - барабанная дробь! - конфликт интересов.

С 2021 года А.С. Литвинчук занимает должность заместителя руководителя управления ЖКХ мэрии Воронежа. Именно управление Литвинчука готовило для врио главы города С.А. Петрина постановление о передаче жилфонда».
