Приморский краевой суд отменил предыдущее решение и отказал прокурору вернуть в собственность Владивостокского городского округа земельные участки площадью более 11,8 га и имущество детского лагеря с профилакторием "Лесная Поляна", которые раньше принадлежали производственному объединению "Строитель".
Однако прокуратура не согласна с таким решением и планирует продолжить борьбу. После получения полного текста решения апелляции, прокуратура обжалует его в Девятом кассационном суде общей юрисдикции.
