Днем 14 февраля на рабочем месте в магазине на бульваре Виктора Коноваленко на 46-летнего безоружного работника ООО "Агроторг" напал неизвестный.
Продавец самостоятельно обратился в медучреждение, где ему диагностировали переломы костей носа и стенок левой верхнечелюстной пазухи.
Согласно медзаключению, такие травмы относятся к категории тяжелых. Однако извещение о несчастном случае в установленный законом срок от работодателя, ООО "Агроторг", не поступило, что в соответствии со статьей 228.1 ТК РФ является нарушением.
Гострудинспекция в Нижегородской области начала расследование избиения несчастного продавца "Пятерочки", в ходе которого установит все причины и обстоятельства происшедшего.
