Эти места также называют уральским Стоунхенджем – на участке было обнаружено 15 памятников древности и сделано порядка 500 тысяч археологических находок.
Идея проекта родилась еще 30 лет назад, и теперь ее получится воплотить в виде музея «Истоки Исети». Задумано, что парк будет состоять из нескольких тематических зон. Это будет палеодеревня с тремя типами домов, гончарной мастерской, зонами выделки шкур, ткачества и плетения, охоты и рыболовства. Побывав здесь, современный человек сможет немного окунуться в далекое прошлое.
