Мария Пономаренко обвиняется в распространении фейков о ВС РФ, а именно, за то, что она рассказала о гибели мирных жителей в драмтеатре Мариуполя. 10 января на очередном заседании о мере пресечения Пономаренко попросила отправить ее в СИЗО — так она хотела выразить свой протест против мобилизации. До домашнего ареста Пономаренко уже ждала приговора в СИЗО. В один из дней Пономаренко порезала себе руки в знак протеста против своего задержания. По статье о фейках ей грозит до 10 лет колонии. У женщины двое несовершеннолетних детей.
