Французский бульдог? Видела минут 10-15 назад эту собаку напротив риглы на обратной стороне. Девочка, без ошейника, очень добрая, подходит к каждому прохожему. После встречи убежала в сторону остановки почта с достаточно большой скоростью. Сейчас уже не знаю где. Надеюсь кому-нибудь будет полезно.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
