Как стало известно сотрудникам Госавтоинспекции, парень получил водительское удостоверение в Московской области. Несмотря на достаточно юный возраст, уже привлекался к ответственности за то, что:
- ездил с наглухо тонированными стеклами (неоднократно). Нарушение устранять отказался, потому на него был составлен административный материал за неповиновение законному требованию сотрудника полиции; - ездил на незарегистрированном автомобиле (неоднократно); - ездил без страховки

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
