Из них 2 684 звонка - это обращения за скорой медицинской помощью, 1 102 - в полицию, 159 - в пожарную охрану , на 155 звонков понадобилось комплексное реагирование экстренных служб.
616 звонившим была оказана консультативная помощь операторами Системы-112.
