У RB INVESTMENTS лишь один владелец: акционерное общество Rietumu Bankа, получившее широкую известность за пределами Латвии. Французский апелляционный суд признал это кредитное учреждение виновным в отмывании денег.

ESTERKIN FAMILY INVESTMENTS целиком принадлежит Леониду Эстеркину (Leonids Esterkins).
