Как депутат регионального Закса, конечно, полный ноль – от никакого знания матчасти до совершенно невменяемого подхода к законотворчеству. Но именно Ваню всегда выпускают к микрофону и показывают людям под видом оппозиции.

Потому что буйный. Потому что удобный. Потому что сказочный🙊… Ну в общем, явно не царевич🤭. Впрочем, других в Ленинградском обкоме КПРФ уже давно не держат. Кончились🤷‍♀️.
