В этом году я буду делать серьёзный курс в рамках кафедры Dprofile на базе Школы дизайна ВШЭ.
В прошлом году я уже вёл пары в вузах, ставил зачеты и всё такое. Провел около 100 консультаций и 2 потока наставничества. Но теперь хочу сделать полноценный продукт, который буду совершенствовать и постоянно развивать.
Этот курс станет итогом трёхлетней работы с дизайн-сообществом, изучения инструментов для развития личного бренда, HR-дисциплин и остальных знаний. Уже пару недель «варю» контент в мыслях, чтобы он потихоньку структурировался.
Судя по нашим исследованиям, этот продукт попадёт в самое яблочко и поможет закрыть дыру в навыках из-за которых многие дизайнеры не могу устроиться на хорошую работу и развиваться в соответствии со своими амбициями. Поверьте, за 3 года, я очень хорошо изучил индустрию и рынок труда.
А ещё моя фишка в том, что я сам не дизайнер, поэтому вообще не предвзят: оцениваю людей не по кейсам и вкусовщине, а по факту их стараний и действия.
В общем, это супер-амбициозный проект на 2025 год. Готовимся!
