В Псковской области впервые состоялся Региональный «Кубок Защитников Отечества».

Его мероприятия прошли на трёх площадках: УСК Олимп, Стадион «Машиностроитель» и тир ДОСААФ. Основные дисциплины: армрестлинг, пауэрлифтинг, пулевая стрельба, стрельба из лука, настольный теннис и волейбол сидя.

За победу боролись более 50 ветеранов СВО Псковской области, а также команда из Ярославской области.

💪 По результатам регионального этапа будет сформирована команда Псковской области для участия в окружных «Кубках Защитников Отечества» в 2025 году.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
