Однако из-за внезапной приостановки проведения платежей Райффайзен Банком, Австрия в начале июля в результате его новой внутренней политики денежные переводы евро в зарубежные страны (иные страны, кроме Кореи) через Ури Банк, Сеул стали невозможны"
Похоже Ури Банк был самым умным среди зарубежных банков и проводил все переводы через материнский субсчет в RBI, но лавочку быстро прикрыли. *⃣подробнее про комиссии
