Ингредиенты: ⚡️80 мл кефира или ряженки ⚡️1 яйцо ⚡️35 гр кукурузной муки ⚡️1 ч.л какао ⚡️1 пакетик фитпарад ⚡️щепотка соды Все смешиваем и выливаем на горячую сковородку, жарим на среднем огне под крышкой с двух сторон. Начинка может быть любая, я очень люблю мягкий творог+половина банана+дольки мандарина. Вкусный и полезный завтрак готов 🌟
