Майор полиции в отставке Олег Кашинцев признан виновным в распространении недостоверной информации о том, что Российская Федерация ведет войну с Украиной.
По п. «д» части 2 статьи 207.3 УК ему назначено наказание в виде 8 лет лишения свободы, с лишением права администрировать соцсети и занимать должности в правоохранительных органах сроком на 4 года, с лишением специального звания майор полиции.
Басманный суд удовлетворил требования государственного обвинителя в полном объеме, сообщает адвокат Ильнур Шарапов.
