Как-то пропустил эту новость днями ранее, но не удивлюсь если они введут как мужскую повинность — службу в армии, так и аналогичную для девушек — рожать с 18 лет..назовут демографической или еще какой обязанностью, придумают как объяснить, сейчас уже и так по всем каналам и новостным лентам с завидной периодичность "беспокоятся" о демографии..
