🏠Продолжаем знакомиться с архитектурой старого Владивостока. Сегодня расскажем про доходный дом Е.Ф. Медведева на Светланской, 5.

🟠Строился он частями. Первая часть дома, обращенная на улицу Светланскую, была построена в 1900-1901 годах. Вторая, в глубине двора, в период с 1907 по 1914 годы.

🟠В здании до революции и после располагались многочисленные учреждения и организации. Среди арендаторов была фирма «Сименс и Гальке» («Siemens & Halske»), которая первой устанавливала в Приморье телеграфные столбы. Детский сад №31 находится здесь с 1934 года. В декабре 1997 года здесь открылась Галерея современного искусства «Арка».
