В связи с неблагоприятными погодными условиями на областных дорогах каждый день появляются новые, препятствующие обзору и проезду деревья и кустарники.
13 февраля силами подрядной организации на 13-ти автомобильных дорогах обеспечивали беспрепятственный проезд путем уборки поваленных деревьев, вырубки одиночных кустарников и валки деревьев с перемещением.
Работы производились в Боровичском, Демянском, Крестецком, Любытинском, Марёвском, Новгородском, Старорусском, Холмском, Чудовском и Шимском районах и округах.
Сегодня работы продолжаются в Новгородском районе на автодорогах Бронница - Частова и Новоселицы - Папоротно.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
