🇺🇦Украина не доказала законность запрета УПЦ - признали в ООН
В докладе Управления верховного комиссара ООН по правам человека сообщается, что необходимость и соразмерность запрета Украинской православной церкви Киевом не доказана.
Также в докладе критикуется закон, позволяющий Украине запретить УПЦ, принятый в сентябре:
📝«Эти положения могут повлечь за собой ответственность целых религиозных общин за поведение конкретных людей. Кроме того, слишком широкая и двусмысленная формулировка может поставить под угрозу право на свободу выражения мнений»

The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
