Закон позволяет в любой момент прервать отпуск по уходу за ребёнком до 1,5 лет и затем снова его оформить, отметили в министерстве.
При этом если сотрудница досрочно вышла на работу – на полный день, дистанционно или на неполный рабочий день – выплата назначенного ей ежемесячного пособия по уходу за ребёнком будетсохранена.
❗При повторном оформлении отпуска выплата пособия продолжится в том же размере, что и выплачивалась.
