Владимир Путин подписал закон о запрете рекламы у иноагентов.

Согласно нововведению, запрещается распространение рекламы иноагентов на информационных ресурсах российских физлиц и юрлиц, а также реклама ресурсов иноагентов в СМИ.

Штраф за размещение рекламы по заказу иноагентов для юрлиц составит до 500 тыс. руб., для физлиц — до 50 тыс. руб. Штрафы для СМИ — до 300 тыс. руб.

При нарушении размещения рекламы более двух раз будет грозить уголовное наказание — до двух лет лишения свободы.
