Прокуратура Добринского района поддержала государственное обвинение по уголовному делу по ч. 3 ст. 160 УК РФ (присвоение или растрата).
В суде доказано, что 38-летняя местная жительница, являясь управляющей заправочной станции в п. Добринка, в течение 2023 г. похитила из кассы вверенную ей выручку в размере более 700 тыс. руб.
Действия осужденной судом квалифицированы как присвоение вверенного виновному чужого имущества, с использованием своего служебного положения, в крупном размере.
Судом виновной назначено📚 наказание в виде 2 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком на 2 года. Одновременно с нее взыскана сумма ущерба по иску потерпевшей стороны.
