Сегодня с утра приняла участие в работе думского Комитета по государственному строительству и законодательству.

Коллеги удивлялись: "Ты же вроде в Якутске ". Чудеса телепортации.

Рассмотрели 1242 страницы поправок к закону о "муниципальной реформе". Теперь он выглядит чуть лучше, чем в первом чтении. Комитет предлагает к принятию множество поправок, поступивших от субъектов, депутатов и сенаторов.

25 поправок, внесенных нашей фракцией партии «Новые люди», комитетом рекомендованы к принятию.

Ориентировочно во второй декаде декабря будет рассмотрение проекта закона во втором чтении.

Из важного: переходный период до 1 января 2035 года, только тогда утратит силу 131-ФЗ.

Поэтому настоятельно советую депутатам законодательных органов субъектов не торопиться с немедленным переходом на одноуровневую систему муниципальной власти. Надо посмотреть как новый закон заработает, дождаться дошлифовки федерального закона, какие корректировки внесет жизнь.

Не зря ж говорят, что дурак учится на своих ошибках, а умный — на чужих.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
