В ходе недавней проверки инспекторы Росприроднадзора установили, что с очистных сооружений предприятия в реку Дон попадают сточные воды с превышением ПДК загрязняющих веществ.
Экологический ущерб рассчитан, требование о его оплате направлено предприятию. Если вред не будет возмещен в установленные сроки, обратимся в суд.
Мы регулярно привлекаем МУП «Лебедянский водоканал» к ответственности за нарушение природоохранных требований. Так, ущерб от предприятия в 2022 году оценен в 24,5 млн рублей, в 2023 — более 60 млн рублей, в 2024 — более 105,7 млн рублей. У предприятия также есть долги по плате за НВОС и штрафы.
