👋В Барышской школе №4 завершили капитальный ремонт. Завтра за парты сядут 495 детей. Уверен, что ребята оценят уютные классы, светлый спортзал, столовую. Закупили оборудование для занятий и мебель. Школе 45 лет. Капремонт впервые. Здание утеплили, заменили кровлю, старые деревянные окна, полы, изношенные коммуникации.

▫️При обновлении школ ставлю задачу улучшить качество образования. Здесь сильный химико-биологический профиль, хорошая динамика поступления на медицинские факультеты по целевому набору. Для развития направления закупили цифровые лаборатории. Пообщался сегодня с волонтерами-медиками. В школьном отряде 70 человек, очень увлеченные ребята. Уделяют здесь много внимания и спорту, благодаря новому оснащению развивают детский фитнес. Поручил открыть на следующий год агрокласс.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
