От Суздаля каких-то сорок вёрст –
и сразу хмарь, и вороньё, и ветер.
Тут старый храм лишайником зарос –
безглавый очевидец лихолетья,

наследник белокаменных веков,
узорочье на пять столпов до выси.
Построенный на деньги мужиков,
на мужиков потом же и дивился,
разграблен, слеп, оплёван и не свят:
ты посмотри, не знают, что творят,
ни памяти, ни веры, ни креста...
да мне-то что, я каменный, а вы-то...

Теперь набатом ржавого листа,
каким прореха в крыше перекрыта,
зовёт, зовёт... И смотришь, и болишь,
и видишь утро в точке невозврата:
прозрачен свет осенний, тих и рыж...

И чувствуешь, что тоже виновата,
ты ж плоть от плоти этой же земли.
Как мы могли?..

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
