Добавлю от себя "3" экономические "копейки" - на курс рубля возврат к долларовой системе не отразится. Формальный возврат. Курс рубля у нас только от ежедневных торгов ЦБР зависит.
А вот в политическом плане - вопрос: зачем? Ещё на первом ВЭФ в 2015 (как,впрочем, и на последнем - в 2024) муссировалась тема стандарта "золотой рубль-золотой юань".
В общем, всё как в одной трешевой песне 90-х ..."всё понятно, но что конкретно".

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
