Санкт-Петербурга зарегистрировал уголовное дело в отношении Дмитрия Костыгина, обвиняемого в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (3 эпизода), Августа Мейера - ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (3 эпизода), Инны Мейер - ч.5 ст.33-ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (3 эпизода), Елены Стрельцовой - ч.5 ст.33-ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (3 эпизода), Сергея Федоринова - ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (2 эпизода) и Владимира Шонурова - ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (2 эпизода).
Материалы дела переданы судье, к производству пока не приняты. В деле 190 томов.
Из материалов дела следует, что ПАО "Сбербанк" и ООО "Сбербанк Факторинг" были заявлены иски на 1 000 000 000 рублей и 1 325 601 793 рубля. Производство по ним прекращено 01.11.2022 ввиду возмещения ущерба.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
