Красногвардейский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление о продлении срока задержания в отношении Клауда Роммеля, обвиняемого в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.б ч.4 ст.131, п.б ч.4 ст.132 УК РФ, в отношении потерпевшей 2013 г.р.

Процесс проходил в закрытом режиме.

30.09.2024 Роммель был задержан в порядке ст.ст.91-92 УПК РФ. В тот же день ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину не признал.

Суд отложил рассмотрение ходатайства следствия на 24 часа.
