Красногвардейский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел ходатайство следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Клауда Роммеля, обвиняемого в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.б ч.4 ст.131, п.б ч.4 ст.132 УК РФ, в отношении потерпевшей 2013 г.р. Процесс проходил в закрытом режиме.
Как следует из представленных материалов, Роммель проходит службу по контракту в зоне СВО. 13.08.2024 он получил ранение и в данный момент проходит лечение. Был задержан при выходе из медицинского учреждения для следования в войсковую часть.
Суд в удовлетворении ходатайства следствия отказал, избрав Роммелю меру пресечения в виде наблюдения командования воинской части, расположенной в г. Луга, ЛО, на период действия контракта.
