✅ بر اساس اطلاعیه استانداری (۱۲۳۸۸۷ مورخ ۱۴۰۱/۱۰/۲۴) مبنی بر تعطیلی روز یکشنبه ۲۵ دی ماه، به اطلاع دانشجویان محترم می‌رساند؛ امتحانات در تمامی مقاطع تحصیلی روز یکشنبه ۲۵ دی ماه ۱۴۰۱ لغو و به روز چهارشنبه ۵ بهمن ۱۴۰۱ در همان ساعات (بدون تغییر ساعت امتحان) انتقال می‌یابد. امتحانات روزهای آینده بدون تغییر برگزار خواهند شد. @SSCiVilENG

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
