«ВКонтакте» заблокировала мою страницу. Основание — требование Генпрокуратуры от 25 марта. Ну вот теперь нет препятствий для решения всех проблем в Карелии, России и решении задач «спецоперации». Считаю данный шаг препятствованием моей деятельности депутата ЗС РК, нарушением конституционных прав моих лично, прав моих избирателей и граждан страны! Требую от Генпрокуратуры РФ соблюдать Конституцию и законы Российской Федерации!

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
