"Есть определенные процедуры. Если они будут выдержаны, то, в принципе, решение о наблюдательстве Ирана в ЕАЭС может состояться в конце декабря", - пояснил Оверчук.
Россия, как и Иран, заинтересована в развитии двусторонних экономических связей, подчеркнул вице-премьер.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
