Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.

1. 立刻全面封關，從源頭阻隔病菌襲港
2. 整治關口交通，停止往來大陸運輸
3. 重設隔離診所，與民居保持距離
4. 儘快採購口罩，為基層居民提供保障
5. 全力支援醫護，回應工會罷工訴求

政府無能，市民自救。政府須盡公營機構責任為市民負責！五大訴求，缺一不可！
