Цена здания была определена по результатам рыночной оценки стоимости 30 июня, право собственности компании Прометей зарегистрировано 25 ноября, 22 июля и 27 октября.
Ранее, Строительная компания Сэттэ продала 16 декабря мэрии Якутска пристрой к школе №5, площадью 2 185,6 кв.м., за 370 403 765,37 рублей, а Матвей Евсеев в этот же день - здание под школу №12 в селе Пригородное за 749 963 124,00 рублей.
