ГИБДД Якутии установило, что на автомобильной дороге регионального значения «Нам» в Намском районе, проходящей вдоль 6-ти водоемов (озер) в нарушение пункта 8 ГОСТ 52289-2019 отсутствуют ограждающие барьеры.
Кроме того, в селах Кысыл-Сыр, Бетей-Юрдя и Аппаны на участках дороги «Нам» отсутствует стационарное электрическое освещение в нарушение пункта 4.6.1 ГОСТ 52766- 2007.
В связи с этим в отношении ГКУ «Управление автомобильных дорог РС (Я)» было возбуждено дело по ч.1 ст.12.34 КоАП РФ - несоблюдение требований по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения.
В суде представитель учреждения вину признал и пообещал устранить все нарушения в 2025 году. Тем не менее, Якутский горсуд 12 ноября признал ГКУ «Управление автомобильных дорог РС (Я)» виновным и оштрафовал на 100 тысяч рублей.
