Сполучене Королівство цього року передасть Україні нові системи ППО «Gravehawk».
«Gravehawk» була розроблена Сполученим Королівством у стислі терміни для задоволення потреб України на полі бою. Проект спільно фінансується Великою Британією та Данією.
Повідомляється, що нова система розміром з морський контейнер здатна використовувати ракети «повітря-повітря», які вже знаходяться на озброєнні СОУ. Ймовірно, мова йде про радянські Р-27 або Р-73, що вже використовуються на морських дронах «Magura» та ЗРК «Оса-АКМ», модернізованих у рамках проекту «HORNET». Також на озброєнні українського війська знаходяться британські ЗРК на базі вантажівки Supacat HMT з ракетами «повітря-повітря» ASRAAM.
У вересні в Україні пройшли випробування двох дослідних зразків нового ЗРК, а цього року планується передати ще 15.
