Как только все перешло от вопроса освоения госсредств на довольно неоднозначный для населения "туристический кэшбэк" (в результате которого отдыхающие, чаще всего, значительно переплачивали за получаемые услуги в результате участия в программе), к решению реально серьезных логистических проблем, вся "эффективность" Ростуризма проявилась во всей своей красе...
